Preparation or Updating of the Documentary Retention Tables

The TRD will be prepared or updated in accordance with the following considerations:
 

  • Establish the new criteria to determine the retention times, final disposal and evaluation criteria of the TRD
     

  • Reflect the administrative units of your entity or company, with their respective updated functions, which will be harmonized with the series and documentary subseries created.

 

  • Creation of a complete document in compliance with Annex 11 of the Mini Manual of RETENTION TABLES AND DOCUMENTARY TRANSFERS, basic guidelines and instructions for its preparation.
     

  • Inclusion within the annexes of the TRD, of the administrative acts which indicate the need to make adjustments and update the TRD.
     

  • Full application of the guidelines of circular 03 of 2015 of the GENERAL ARCHIVE OF THE NATION, for the construction of the classification tables.
     

  • Review and adjustments of documentary characterization matrices.
     

  • Review and adjustments of document classification tables.
     

  • Approval of the TRD and validation before the AGN.
